Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Hungary

JANA VANAMÖLDER

Ms Jana Vanamölder has an extensive experience in foreign policy, international security and strategic planning.

She served as Chargé d’Affaires a.i. at the Embassy of Estonia in Moscow from 2022 to 2025. Over her career in Estonia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jana Vanamölder has held several positions, including Director of the Policy Planning Division, Director of the Personnel Development and International Personnel Policy Division, and Director of the Arms Control, Disarmament and Strategic Goods Control Division. She has also served as Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Estonia in Moscow and represented Estonia at the Permanent Representations to the European Union and NATO.

Jana Vanamölder holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and has completed postgraduate studies in International Relations at the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
